The company is hiring a Lead Control Process Operator to join its team.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience


  • Follow all safety rules and practices
  • Lead a team of Operators
  • Make general decisions as to quality, tolerances, and operation sequence
  • May be involved in safety committees or initiatives
  • Set up and operate computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery that automatically heats, mills, cuts, forms, drills, broaches, or reams metal, plastic, or processed material parts
  • Troubleshoot equipment and make basic adjustments
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • A high level of dependability, a great attitude, and an ability to work well with a team towards achieving a common goal.
  • Ability to operate CNC/PLC equipment (Whitney-plasma/punch; Kinetic; Oxy-fuel cutting; Plasma cutting; CNC machining center/drills, presses, mills)
  • Ability to proficiently read blueprints and verify dimensional requirements
  • The ability to lead a team of 4-6 operators
  • The ability to maintain good attendance
