The company is hiring a Lead Production Assembler who will be responsible for direct reports to help produce high-quality manufactured Turblex products used all over the world.

Education Level

• Not mentioned, a High School Diploma (a plus)

Work Experience

• Minimum 12 months of manufacturing experience in a fast-paced environment
• Electrical experience
• Some welding knowledge (required)

Duties/Responsibilities

• Maintain required production and inspection records
• Monitors work areas
• Observe and practice safety procedures and policies
• Review current blueprints, material requisition, etc.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Ability to communicate with others to solve and analyze technical information to find resolution
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and self-direct
• Ability to work well in group problem-solving situations
• Understanding and use of basic blueprints
• Ability to use and understand various measuring devices and hand tools

Work Environment

• Frequent pushing, pulling, and handling of material
• Frequent sitting, standing, stooping, bending, twisting, walking, and occasional crawling
• Indoor/Outdoor Environment
• Lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Occasional climbing and working at elevated positions
