Job Profile

The company is searching for a Lead Structural Supervisor who will be responsible for the direct production of structural fabrication, repair, welding, cutting, burning, and hot work operations on board navy and coast guard ships and in production shops.

Educational Qualification

• Applicants should have a High School or Trade School Certificate

Work Experience

• Possess 5 years of a shipboard new construction or ship repair structural installation experience
• 2 years of supervisory experience

Duties/Responsibilities

• Direct Supervision of employees
• Ensuring Hot Work Operations are performed safely
• Maintain Budgets
• Planning, material requisitioning, man-power assignments for each task
• Providing Man-hour estimates for new Price Proposals and growth work

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Basic Computer Skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
