Job Profile

The company (ThyssenKrupp Crankshaft Co) is recruiting a Machine Operator who will be trained to operate CNC and other equipment used in the machining of Crankshafts.

Education Level

Work Experience

  • 1-5 years of previous manufacturing experience and operating heavy machinery.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Inspect parts to ensure quality specifications are met.
  • Identify and correct defects.
  • Responsible for keeping your machine clean and notifying maintenance of any machine issues.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

  • Ability to follow step-by-step procedures and work instructions.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to pay great attention to detail and identify defects.
  • Ability to use and interpret various gauges.
  • Basic mathematical ability.
  • Excellent mechanical skills.
  • Understanding of machine maintenance.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to perform repetitive work.
  • Proficient in the English Language.
  • Walking in a manufacturing setting with multiple stairs and inclines; standing for long periods.
