Educational Level
- High School Education or Equivalent
Work Experience
- 1-3 years of machining experience (preferred) or machine trades schooling
Duties/Responsibilities
- Set-up, troubleshooting, and operation of the machine, including tool and workpiece adjustments.
- Safe material handling processes, including forklift driving and overhead crane operating.
- Execute daily production, quality, and on-time delivery requirements.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Basic reading and strong math skills required

- Good Communication Skills
- Lifting to 35 lbs. Lifting over 35 lbs. requires a lifting device, crane, or assistance from another associate.
- May work in awkward positions.

- Standing and walking a minimum of 8 hours

Professional Experience
- Ability to use precision measurement device
- Computer skills required (i.e., spreadsheets, data entry, email)
- Strong mathematical skills
- Complete training and receive a Forklift Operator’s License.
- Understand technical blueprints
- Work within .0005 tolerances
- Working knowledge of machine shop equipment including but not limited to: CNC Grinders, Lathes, and Mills.
