The company is hiring a Maintenance B to join its Maintenance Department.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Install and maintain machinery and equipment
- Occasional Fabrication and welding
- Operate hoists, lift trucks, hand tools, and power tools
- Repair, rebuild, and maintain mechanical drive systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, and working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.), lift up to 55 lbs. unassisted
- Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in a team setting when needed
- Exhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and respectful attitude
- Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
- Maintain and commit to ADM’s goal of achieving a zero-injury culture; understand and follow company safety procedures
- Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed
Additional Qualifications
- Basic welding, layout, and fabrication skills
- Experience with V-belt and Chain drive systems
- Machine troubleshooting and repair skills
- Experience with 480 volt – 3 phase motor circuits
- Hydraulic and pneumatic knowledge a plus
- Willing and able to take formal trade school courses as selected by ADM management and take such courses continuously during the training period
