Job Profile

The company is searching for a Maintenance I who will work in the Maintenance department of Rice Mill.

Educational Qualification

• No education level is mentioned, yet a High School Diploma will be a plus

Work Experience

• Possess work-related experience (a plus)

Duties/Responsibilities

• Ability to manage a diverse team
• Able to communicate with all levels of the organization
• Assist in all maintenance of machinery Plant wide
• Assist in completing JSA’s
• Assist in the development of SOPs and Work Instructions
• Braze weld Stick and Mig weld. And cut with acetylene and plasma torch in any fabrication process required.
• Can work overtime each day
• Communicate well with colleagues/Management efficiently
• Enforcement of all ADM policies and procedures
• Ensuring safe operations
• Promotes the ADM Way and Core Values
• Train new hires
• Welding skills
• All other duties assigned by management

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Ability to work under pressure, and well with others
• Good attendance
• Basic Computer skills
• Forklift qualified
• Call back 24/7
• Must not be afraid of heights
• Demonstrated history of safe work behavior and a sincere desire to follow and improve upon safety policies and procedures
• Respectful, positive attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Must be self-motivated
• Must possess excellent leadership, team building, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
• Being bilingual is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Requires walking or standing for extended periods of time.
• Requires working in environments at varying temperatures and noise levels.
• Requires an individual that is available to work occasional weekends or holidays as well as during off-hours to address emergency conditions or other situations that may arise.
