Job Profile

The company is looking for a Maintenance Manager who will support the planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and documentation of plant maintenance (manufacturing and facilities), as well as project functions.

Educational Qualification

  • Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
  • An Engineering discipline would be very helpful due to the technical duties of this position

Work Experience

  • Possess experience in predictive maintenance (helpful but not required)
  • Strong background in Maintenance Management and Project Management, with experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Duties/Responsibilities

Maintenance Planning/Scheduling-

  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities to optimize reliability, up-time, and efficient plant project planning and implementation.

Budgeting-

  • Assist with the preparation and management of the maintenance budget, including the tracking of expenditures, analysis of variances, and preparation of forecasts.

Equipment Support-

  • Repair and maintenance of all equipment, including CNC mills and lathes, metals fabrication equipment, material handling, welding, punch presses, air compressors, and general facility need.

Project Management-

  • Assist with the planning and execution of projects, including the coordination of resources and the management of project budgets.

Documentation-

  • Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities and project progress, including the preparation of reports, maintenance schedules, and project plans.

Safety-

  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies and promote a culture of safety within the maintenance team.

Vendor Management-

  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure that maintenance and project needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Training-

  • Provide training and development opportunities for maintenance team members to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
