Job Profile

The company is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic who will support to the Green Bay food production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance and efficiency throughout the plant.

Educational Level

• Not mentioned, yet a High School Diploma will be a plus

Work Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in operation, repair, and maintenance with utility and production-related equipment/systems – HVAC experience is a plus
• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus

Duties/Responsibilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Adhere to all health, safety, environmental, food safety, and quality standards
• Demonstrate advanced fabrication skills and sanitary welds
• Lead maintenance projects including new equipment installs and rebuilds
• Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining all production equipment, including mechanical, software-based and electrical

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• The ability to work overtime and weekends
• The ability to read, write, and speak English effectively
