The company is searching for a Maintenance Mechanic to join its team.

Education Level

• High School Diploma or GED

Work Experience

• 5+ years of experience with 3+ years of Low-Pressure Plasma Spray a plus

Duties/Responsibilities

• Basic machining
• Check operation of support/facilities equipment
• General facilities maintenance (plumbing, electrical wiring)
• Independently handle projects from start to finish (materials, fabrication/installation, and implementation)
• Mig/Tig Welding
• Operate production machines and equipment
• Perform regular machine checks, schedule and perform repairs
• Perform regular scheduled maintenance
• Respond to production emergencies

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Ability to fabricate sheet metal, piping, etc.
• Ability to prioritize and adjust the schedule to meet production needs
• Ability to troubleshoot and read blueprints
• Capable of MIG/TIG Welding
• Excellent mechanical abilities
• Familiar with OSHA and general safety practices
• Good attendance
• Good communication skills, following verbal and written instructions
• Knowledge of Pneumatic systems
• Knowledge of the use of precision measuring devices
• Quick learner, self-starter, minimal supervision required
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible, available for OT
• Significant Plus: CNC and PLC knowledge, A/C and refrigeration, vacuum systems
• US Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
