Job Profile

The company is looking for a Maintenance Technician who performs mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repair work on plant equipment.

Educational Qualification

• Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution

Work Experience

• Possess a minimum of 1 year of maintenance/mechanic experience or technical education in a related field from an accredited institution

Duties/Responsibilities

• Complete special projects as required, including design and repair work on material handling systems and other mechanical devices
• Design and fabricate parts to improve machine operation
• Perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment
• Support continuous improvement teams
• Support operators in machine changeovers
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions
• Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Ability to complete quality work in a timely manner both independently and in a team setting
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment
• Basic computer skills
• Blueprint and process sheet reading
• Fork truck operation
• Knowledge of CNC machines
• Knowledge of electrical and electronic systems
• Knowledge of plumbing systems
• Knowledge of Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems
• Knowledge of programmable logic controls
• Understands Statistical Process Control
• Welding skills
