Job Profile

The company is searching for a Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of production machinery and facility plant equipment.

Maximize the productive time of equipment.

Improve the reliability and repeatability of production systems.

Provide support to production associates as they assume greater responsibility for the maintenance of their own equipment.

Coordinate and assist with the equipment installation and start-up.

Be responsible for preventative and incidental machine maintenance as well as overall building maintenance.

Educational Qualification

• Applicants should have an Associate’s Degree in Industrial Maintenance (college/university) or equivalent

Work Experience

• Must have at least 2 to 5 years of maintenance experience
• Experience troubleshooting 24VDc and 120-480Vac control circuits
• Experience using millimeters, measuring systems (dial indicators, calipers), and interpreting electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics

Duties/Responsibilities

• Assist in the purchase of maintenance supplies and equipment parts as required or directed.
• Complete periodical and incidental machine maintenance in an accurate and timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance as outlined in preventative maintenance schedules of equipment manufacturer’s recommendations.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude and formal training in pneumatics and electrical troubleshooting (required)
• Familiar with Siemens or Fanuc CNC Controls (preferred)
• Machining and welding capabilities required.
• Maintain building, equipment, and grounds in a clean and orderly manner.
• Must be proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical, electronic, fluid power, mechanical and plumbing systems.
• Plan and implement corrective action in conjunction with management direction.
• Comply with all safety standards and regulations.
