Job Profile
The company is recruiting a Maintenance Technician who will be responsible to ensure the manufactured product meets customer specifications.
Ensure manufacturing processes are followed, quality checks are completed, and products are adequately inspected to customer expectations for possible defects.
Educational Qualification
- Applicants should have 2 years of Technical School including electrical, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics (preferred but not required)
Work Experience
- Possess 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in an industrial setting. Emphasis on PLCs, hydraulics, and mechanical
Duties/Responsibilities
- Ability to communicate with all levels of employees
- Aids in the training of new maintenance employees.
- Inspects operating machines and equipment for conformance with safety/operational standards.
- Maintains building, grounds, and utility systems.
- Must be able to follow detailed directions
- Must be able to work long hours as needed in seasonal temperatures
- Must be able to work well with others as part of a team
- Must possess a willingness to learn and an eagerness to grow
- Performs preventative maintenance as required.
- Provide a safe working environment for all in the department and enable personal growth.
- Works on projects as assigned by the Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, and or Cell Leader.
- Other duties may be assigned from time to time.

- Microsoft Word and Excel High-level PLC experience, preferably Allen Bradley
- SLC 500’s systems, RSLogix 500 software
- PLC 5’s systems, RSLogix 5 software
- ControlLogix Systems, RSLogix 5000 software
- Panelview operator terminals, Panel builder software
- Extrusion background (preferred but not required)
