Job Profile
The company is searching for a Maintenance Technician who will assist in the production and preparation of vehicle components for Final Assembly.
Education Level
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associate’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or another similar field
Work Experience
- 5 years of Industrial Electrical/Electronic experience
- Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
Duties/Responsibilities
- Advanced troubleshooting of critical equipment upon failure
- Clean equipment and work areas to enhance housekeeping (5S)
- Follow established safety, environmental, and quality policies, procedures, and practices
- General building maintenance
- Installation and repair of plumbing
- Interpret diagrams (hydraulic/electrical schematics), operation manuals, and pneumatic systems
- Maintain daily time records
- Maintain work area and shop tools/equipment
- May operate milling machines, drill presses, and lathes
- Moving and setting up equipment
- Preventative maintenance
- Repair or correct safety concerns
- Support RCI events
- Use and conduct proper care of PPE
- Welding, cutting, brazing, and soldering as needed
- Wiring of equipment and electrical drops within a high-voltage area
- Use a computer to look up any necessary information required to perform job duties.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Mechanical background to include troubleshooting skills desired.
- Knowledge of PLCs and Motor Controls is desired.
- Electrical knowledge in industrial/commercial environments, including 480-volt 3-phase and multi-meter usage.
- Basic computer usage knowledge is required.
- Demonstrated ability in the operation of CNC equipment and other specialized equipment.
