The company is searching for a Maintenance Technician to join its Infrastructure team.

Educational Qualification

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Work Experience

  • 2+ years of experience operating forklift
  • Certified Lift Truck, Scissor Lift, Boom Lift
  • Trained in Arc Flash Procedure/Process
  • Trained in the Lockout/Tagout Process
  • Trained in Overhead Hoist/Crane Opera

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Available for rotational overtime to perform repairs and preventative maintenance outside of production.
  • Lay out, install, and maintain a variety of complex and simple electrical equipment; complete wiring for motors, switches, switchboards, and electrical mechanisms. Troubleshoot electrical equipment with and without diagrams/prints
  • Follow company safety practices and procedures to provide a safe work environment for all employees.
  • Installs and maintains a variety of machine tools such as; Winders, Ring Machines, Extrusion Line Equipment, CNC Punch Plasma, CNC Turning and Burn tables, and Lasers. Overhead Cranes/Hoists and Controls, Robotic Welding and Automation Equipment.
  • Lead/Assist in the construction of machines for manufacturing production. Installing compressed air and Argon gas supply lines. Work with Rigging, Electrical, or Machine Manufacturer contractors.
  • Respond to and mitigate emergency Facility issues. Fire Suppression System, Water/Pipe Leaks, Roof Leaks, Door Alarms etc.
  • Timely diagnosis and remedy of all electrical problems to avoid production delays.
  • Troubleshoots machines for necessary repairs; tear down and re-assemble machines; test for proper function.
  • Understand and perform, if necessary, paperwork and computer transactions. Research parts needed for repairs using the Owner’s Manual as well Internet. Research alternative parts for obsolete or unavailable repair parts.

  • Effectively communicate with other Technicians as well as management.
