Job Profile
The company is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join its team.
Education Level
- General education (HSD) or entry-level experience in Maintenance
- Must be 18 years or older
Work Experience
- Possess work-related experience
Duties/Responsibilities
- Completing preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial maintenance through the facility
- Continuous Improvement and peer discussions/interactions
- electrical/mechanical schematics, blueprints, or operating manuals
- Ensuring food safety and quality
- Modify/Build/Install equipment based on reading and comprehending
- Operating forklifts, loaders, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts
- Operating standard maintenance tools such as power tools, hand tools, electric tools, precision maintenance tools, preventative maintenance technology tools, etc.
- pipefitting, fabrication, gearbox and bearing maintenance, lubrication, pumps and piping
- systems, mechanical maintenance, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Utilizing maintenance trades and components such as basic electrical, welding,
- Other duties as assigned
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to work with hand tools
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Cargill experience
- Previous manufacturing maintenance experience
- Proficient in industrial maintenance education or related experience
- Work history for the past 12 months
