The company is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join its team.

Education Level

Work Experience

  • At least 2-4 years of working experience in the trained area in manufacturing companies
  • Trained Technician (Electrician or Mechanic or Control, or Tooling)
  • Knowledge of IATF-16949/ISO-9001:2015
  • Understanding of LEAN methods (TPM, SMED, or the like) and preventive maintenance

License/Certification

  • Relevant Certification

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Electrical maintenance
  • Equipment inspection
  • HVAC system maintenance
  • Maintaining safety standards
  • Plumbing repairs
  • Preventive maintenance
  • Reading technical manuals
  • Repairing machinery
  • Troubleshooting systems
  • Documenting maintenance activities

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

  • Be able to read blueprints.
  • Be able to use measuring tools.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Have mechanical or electrical, or programming skills and ability.
  • Knowledgeable in machine shop operations and the use of machine shop tools and equipment.
  • Maintenance and enhancement of the production of machinery, both mechanically and control systems, such as PLC programming and vision systems.
  • Must have basic math skills.
  • Problem-solving skills (8D)
  • Programming and maintenance of vision systems
  • Working knowledge of MS Office

Work Environment

  • Exposure to loud noises and machinery
  • Frequent standing, bending, and lifting
  • On-call availability for emergency repairs
  • Variable temperatures, including hot or cold environments
  • Working in cramped or confined spaces
