Job Profile

The company is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager who will ensure the efficient and effective operation of the manufacturing processes within the company.

Oversee and manage the engineering activities within the manufacturing facility, ensuring that products are produced to meet safety and quality standards, production schedules, and cost objectives.

Be a key member of the operations management team and collaborate with various departments to improve manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Educational Level

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • A Master’s Degree (preferred)

Work Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years in a managerial role (proven experience in manufacturing engineering)
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement, lean-Six Sigma manufacturing, the Toyota Production System, and project management, certifications preferred.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design engineering, production, supply chain and quality assurance, and others to develop and implement new products (NPI), equipment, or processes.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and evaluate new technologies, materials, and equipment to improve manufacturing processes and reduce costs.
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to optimize production safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Develop and manage the manufacturing engineering budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost control.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards to maintain a safe and environmentally friendly work environment.
  • Lead and manage the manufacturing engineering team (Capital Expenditure – Operational Excellence – Programming – BOM/Routers), providing guidance, mentoring, and training to ensure the team’s success and professional growth.
  • Manage and oversee the implementation of new equipment, technologies, and automation systems to enhance manufacturing capabilities and efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to resolve complex manufacturing issues, troubleshoot problems, and optimize production output.

  • Knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO, and ASME standards.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and other engineering tools.
  • Proficiency in Lean/Six Sigma manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to drive process improvements and optimization.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
