The company is searching for a Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic to join its team.
Educational Qualification
- The applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED
Work Experience
- The candidates should have 4 years of experience as a secondary craft as a Pipefitter, Welder, Machinist, or AC mechanic
- 4+ years of industrial experience or Field Machinist or mechanical/millwright apprenticeship or associate degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly manner
- Recommend changes to processes or procedures to improve quality and productivity Exercise care and safe work practices.
- Set up and operate manual lathes, mills, grinders, etc., to very close tolerances
- Successfully create parts from a blueprint, manufacturing operations, tooling instructions, or engineering instructions.
- Use micrometers/other measuring instruments in order to perform quality control checks on parts in the process and upon completion
Credible Things
- 4 years of experience installing, assembling, fabricating, maintaining, and repairing mechanical piping systems.
- Experience in using precision tools (laser alignment, micrometers, calipers, etc.).
- Experience taking measurements, making sketches, and being able to retrieve, read, interpret, and work from drawings and sketches for repair, layout, and fabrication work.
- Experience utilizing computer software to analyze data, troubleshoot, write/issue detailed technical reports through email, and submit a work request.

- Second craft skills in Pipefitting/Welding/Shop Machinist field to utilize all skills they possess in industrial maintenance applications.
