Job Profile

The company is hiring a Manufacturing/Production Supervisor who will lead a team of people in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to meet contractual quality, cost, and delivery requirements by planning, organizing, and directing the flow of work.

Be responsible for a safe work environment and will lead and engage in safety improvement projects.

Work Experience

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and 5 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree and 3 years of relevant experience.


  • Area layout and flow management
  • Capital identification and control of overhead expenses

  • The ability to obtain and maintain a government US security clearance.
  • US citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and solid people management while using good judgment to resolve conflicts.
  • Experience assigning, managing, and measuring work assignments to completion.
  • Experience utilizing lean manufacturing concepts with a proven lean/Six Sigma implementation project track record.
  • Experience working in or guiding semiconductor manufacturing in a bargaining unit environment in the aerospace/defense industry.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Access) or SAP.
