Job Profile
The company is hiring a Manufacturing/Production Supervisor who will lead a team of people in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to meet contractual quality, cost, and delivery requirements by planning, organizing, and directing the flow of work.
Be responsible for a safe work environment and will lead and engage in safety improvement projects.

Work Experience
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and 5 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree and 3 years of relevant experience.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Area layout and flow management
- Capital identification and control of overhead expenses
- Employee hiring and training
- Ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures
- Execution of schedule and cost
- Time and Attendance Tracking
- Workforce planning and forecasting
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- The ability to obtain and maintain a government US security clearance.
- US citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and solid people management while using good judgment to resolve conflicts.
- Experience assigning, managing, and measuring work assignments to completion.
- Experience utilizing lean manufacturing concepts with a proven lean/Six Sigma implementation project track record.
- Experience working in or guiding semiconductor manufacturing in a bargaining unit environment in the aerospace/defense industry.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Access) or SAP.
