Job Profile

The company is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor to join its team.

Education Level

• High School Diploma/GED plus 7 or more years of manufacturing experience
• Bachelor’s Degree plus 2 or more years of manufacturing experience OR
• Associate degree plus 5 or more years of manufacturing experience OR

Work Experience

• Possess work-related experience (a plus)

Duties/Responsibilities

• Manufactures sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs to meet marketplace demand.
• Sets up equipment operation feed, speed, and temperature.
• Follows established procedures and drives continuous improvement in the plant’s manufacturing processes, including fabrication, welding, paint, or assembly.
• Selects and measures raw materials and parts to specifications to prepare for production processing.
• Resolves issues related to the organization’s production, machinery, processing, or packaging operations.
• Other related duties as assigned.
