Job Profile

The company is looking for a Mechanic who will be responsible for providing support to the Maintenance team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the department.

Educational Level

• Not mentioned, yet a High School Diploma will be a plus

Work Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of prior maintenance and electrical experience (required)
• Prior experience in the following areas: pneumatics (including conveyance), hydraulics, programmable logic controllers, piping (process and plumbing), blueprint reading, equipment rigging, welding, electrical wiring, and machining.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Installing new lines and equipment and maintaining all existing equipment
• Maintenance tasks of varying scope with a high level of autonomy throughout the facility including preventative and corrective
• Performing a wide array of work relating to equipment and facility maintenance in a food manufacturing plant
