Job Profile

The company is looking for a Mechanic Repair Technician who will be responsible for the disassembly, cleaning, inspection, recording of as found conditions, and the reassembly of rotating equipment.

Work to ensure that all projects are completed safely, and correctly and meet or beat customer expectations.

Educational Qualification

  • The applicants should have a High School Diploma or Equivalent

Work Experience

  • The candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience with rotating equipment including steam turbines, centrifugal compressors, reciprocating compressors or engines, or accredited trade school graduates.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Work safely, responsible for following all safe work practices, Siemens-Energy safety, and quality policies and procedures during normal daily operations.
  • Communication effectively and providing problem-solving skills
  • Use basic problem-solving skills in terms of gathering facts, analyzing the cause, and selecting the best most accurate solution for our clients write the inspection of the Rotating Machinery including up parts list and recommendations for repair proposals.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

  • Knowledge of blueprint/blueprint reading and general tolerances is required and must be able to solve assembly and set-up problems with minimal technical supervision.
  • Knowledge of the accurate collection and recording of technical inspection data
  • Proficient use of common Precision Measuring Instruments (micrometers, gauges, etc.)
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn, and be a team player
