The company is hiring a Mechanical Assembly Technician to join its team.

Education Level

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Work Experience

• 2 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing (preferred)
• Previous experience in the industry (preferred, but not required)

Duties/Responsibilities

• Assemble and test ESP equipment
• Basic math skills required
• Load/Unload equipment as needed
• Maintain a strong safety culture
• Maintain Artificial Lift 6S program
• Operate the overhead crane
• Review work orders and blueprints
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Good listening skills and a passion to learn
• High work ethic, dependability, and detail-oriented
• Must be a team player
• Must be open to cross-training opportunities
• Strong communication skills
