Job Profile

The company is hiring a Mechanical Repair Technician III who will conduct a comprehensive overhaul, rework, and repair of aircraft equipment and components, ensuring seamless workflow in both standard and non-standard environments.

Education Level

  • High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • In the absence of a High School Diploma or GED, 4 years of relevant experience is required.

Work Experience

  • Repair experience
  • Manufacturing experience

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Assembles fabricated parts, components, or units at floor stations.
  • Inspects incoming assemblies/components following established procedures and technical data.
  • Follows repair and return processes to ensure high quality and short cycle time of repair and return.
  • Identifies units that fail tests or tolerance levels, and repairs as necessary.
  • May be required to complete an apprenticeship or training.
  • Responsible for performing complete operation checkouts, modifications, disassembly, repairs, reassembly, test calibrations, diagnoses, and correction of problems.
  • Sets up necessary repair and test facilities.
  • Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.
  • Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications.

  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
