Job Profile
The company is searching for a Mechanical Technician who will ensure the optimal performance of our electro-mechanical equipment. The responsibilities include the meticulous assembly and disassembly of components, conducting thorough quality testing, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, and executing precise repairs.

Education Level
- High School Diploma
Work Experience
- Mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience
- Experience with building and troubleshooting wiring harnesses
Duties/Responsibilities
Technical Expertise/Mechanical Proficiency-
- Experience with building and troubleshooting wiring harnesses
- Knowledge of a motor and its internal components
- Possess a general knowledge of the use and operation of basic hand and power tools
- Soldering skills
- Test, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Understanding of various measuring equipment (Digital multi-meters, megohm meter, etc.)
- Working knowledge of clutch and bearing systems
Analytical/Documentation Skills-
- Ability to annotate and maintain repair documentation
- Ability to read and understand assembly drawings, schematics, and test procedures
- Have excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Possesses basic computer skills
Communication, Work Ethic, and Team Collaboration-
- Ability to work independently or as a member of a team
- Have the flexibility to work overtime when required
- Perform assigned tasks in a safe, effective, and efficient manner
- Possesses excellent written and oral communication skills
- Possesses good attendance and work ethic
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Equipment maintenance and repair
- Mechanical system troubleshooting
- Reading blueprints and schematics
- Understanding of safety protocols
- Use of hand and power tools
Work Environment
- Must be flexible to work overtime as required.
- Work in an assigned workbench or truck area in the facility.
- Periodically lift to fifty pounds and spend hours standing, sitting, or walking during a normal day.
