The company is searching for a Mechanical Technician/Sr. Mechanical Technician to join its team.
Educational Qualification
- Applicants should have an Associate’s Degree in a related field of science from a college/university

Work Experience
- Possess 2 years of experience working in a related technician, manufacturing, or field operations capacity
- Mill and Lathe operation experience (preferred)
Duties/Responsibilities
- Assist with testing in APFL and Technology Pressure Lab as needed
- Receive test requests and gather all components required per test request
- Retrieve explosives from magazines and update magazine records
- Assist with making shaped charges and learn how to make various shaped charges, unassisted as needed for testing, will train if needed
- Overhead crane operation (fixed, not mobile crane)
- Power tools operation, drills, grinders, saws, etc.
- Tiers, Ladder, Assured Grounding, and other inspections completed as required
- Operate various types of equipment-
-Forklifts, up to 16,000 lbs. capacity
-Skid steer
-Backhoe
- Assemble explosives into device(s) to be tested and properly place into test fixtures-
-Initiate explosive device, record measurements with calipers and cameras
-Upload test data as appropriate
-Clean test area - Fabricate test fixtures as per the test request-
-Welding and cutting will train if needed
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Teams, and other common Microsoft Office Apps
