The company is hiring a Metal Fabricator with a strong working knowledge of drawings, schematics, and blueprints to work from to fabricate products and fixtures.

Be responsible for performing set-up and production operations on projects of a wide variety, while maintaining standards for safety and quality.

• 5+ years of experience in a production environment

Duties/Responsibilities

• Perform set-up and production operations on projects of a wide variety, while maintaining standards for safety and quality.
• Assist with manual machining and milling
• TIG welding of nonferrous alloys – brass, aluminum, etc.
• Understand and use PPE

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Capable of performing MIG and TIG welding on steel
• Comfortable with hand tools, power tools, and typical shop equipment (band saw, drill press, grinding/sanding machines, etc.)
• Consistent attention to detail; ensuring the highest quality of finished products and minimal rework
• Performing setup and layout for projects based on drawings
