The company is hiring a Metal Forming Person to join its fabrication team.
Education Level
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
Work Experience
- Possess work-related experience (a plus)
Duties/Responsibilities
- Analyze plans, drawings, work samples, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirements, sequence of welding assignments
- As may be required, forklift driver and overhead crane operation
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines and ITAR compliance
- Other duties as assigned
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Ability to identify and find specifications
- Ability to operate presses
- Ability to read blueprints in detail
- Ability to saw, miter, and fit fabrications
- Comprehend sections and views
- Knowledgeable in geometric tolerances (understand and recognize all symbols)
- Thorough understanding of general tolerances
- Understand reference system
- Use of hand tools (drill motors, grinders, etc.)
