Job Profile

The company is looking for a Millwright to join its team for complex industrial services.

Education Level

• Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship
• NCCER certification is a plus

Work Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of millwright/bolt-up experience in an industrial setting.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Alignment of equipment
• Fabrication, repairs, welding, and installation of parts and equipment
• Installation, maintenance, and repair of all machinery, equipment, and facilities
• Maintain a clean and organized work area daily
• Must have hydraulic experience
• Preventative Maintenance
• Reads blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
• Safety is a priority; employees must understand construction risks and bring them to the attention of their supervisor
• Troubleshooting hydraulics, electrical, and pneumatics
• Performs other duties as assigned

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Ability to work at heights greater than six feet off the ground
• Have basic math, reading, writing, and computer skills.
• Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective equipment (face shield, gloves, safety harness, etc.)
• Must be able to assemble and install equipment, using hand tools and power tools.
• Possess a working knowledge of machine alignment.
• Quality-minded, positive team player, safety conscious, and production-focused.
