Job Profile

The company is recruiting an NDT Technician who will perform non-destructive inspection of components to ensure compliance with the Company’s quality system, specifications, and customer requirements.

Education Level

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred)

Work Experience

• Possess work-related experience (a plus)

Duties/Responsibilities

• Adhere to and promote Company’s health, safety, and environmental policies while performing job duties
• Adhere to and promote the Corporate Code of Ethical Standards
• Analyze, interpret, evaluate, and document NDT inspection results under company procedures, work instructions, applicable standards, specifications, and procedures
• Embrace/implement continuous improvement and lean principles in all activities
• Ensure the completeness of work in process documentation
• Ensure compliance with the Company Repair Station Manual/Quality Manual
• Ensure compliance with the Quality Manual
• Maintain and promote “One Chromalloy” Core Values
• Maintains and promotes 5S standards in the work area
• Read and interpret all inspection data and customer requirements
• Read, interpret, and set up applicable NDT equipment
• Record inspection, test data, and statistics manually or with the aid of a computer or computer-based system
• Use of comparators, micrometers, scales, and calipers

• Able to read and interpret documents, write reports and correspondence clearly and informatively
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

• High degree of professionalism with a focus on customer care
• Strong computer skills

Work Environment

• Exposure to heights, confined spaces, or hazardous materials
• May involve travel and irregular hours
• Often works in physically demanding conditions
• Requires the use of safety gear and inspection equipment
• Works in industrial, construction, or field environments
