Job Profile

The company is searching for an NDT Technician II to join its Quality and Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) operations.

Education Level

• High School Diploma or GED minimum

Work Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Experience working in Nadcap-certified facilities (preferred)

License/Certification

• Previously Held Certification of Level II NDT Certification (PT)

Duties/Responsibilities

• Accurately complete work orders, data inputs within the ERP system
• Maintain detailed inspection records, reports, and certifications.
• Mentor and train other personnel as needed
• Operate and maintain tools for penetrant inspection, visual inspection
• Operate, maintain, and service specialized equipment
• Perform visual and nondestructive inspections of welds.
• Read and comply with work instructions
• Read and understand Commercial, FAA, EASA, Repair Station, and ISO documentations
• Write technical and accurate reports as needed
• Professionally perform other duties as assigned

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Must abide by safety regulations required in these areas, including wearing the required PPE
• Read and adhere to verbal and written instructions in English

Work Environment

• This position is in a room that is kept dark
• Physical requirements of the ability to stand for long periods and be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
