Educational Qualification

• No education level is mentioned, yet having a High School Diploma will be a plus

Work Experience

• Possess 2 years of direct manufacturing experience
• Paint Experience

Duties/Responsibilities

• Ability to demonstrate a high degree of commitment toward company goals (safety, quality, productivity, teamwork)
• Ability to embrace all aspects of WCM
• Ability to lead small groups of people
• Ability to prioritize workload to accomplish established timelines
• Ability to research and utilize resource materials to obtain solutions
• Ability to work independently and within a group/team
• KBS delivery process
• Must possess a good knowledge of the assembly, paint, welding, and fabrication processes
• PIT Operation
• PIT Repair process
• Possess a general understanding of the paint application and inspection process.
• Rack Burn-off cycle process
• Rack delivery/loop process

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Demonstrated Leadership Skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills
• Effective communicator – oral and written
• Strong interpersonal skills, must be able to work well with employees and contractors
• Working knowledge of JDE Systems and computer software including Excel and Access
