Job Profile

The company is recruiting a Plant Maintenance Technician who will maintain and repair production-related equipment in the Air Separation Unit such as compressors, pumps, motors, valves, gauges, and vessels.

Education Level

• High School Diploma

Work Experience

• 2-5 years of industrial plant/cryogenic plant experience (preferred)
• Understanding of control valve functions and systems used to control flows and pressures on industrial tanks
• Experience troubleshooting equipment in a plant environment

Duties/Responsibilities

• Change out mechanical seals, and basic repairs on valves.
• Coordinate the installation, alignment, and commissioning of repaired/rebuilt rotating equipment.
• Perform basic disassembly and rebuild of mechanical equipment.
• Perform basic low-voltage electrical system maintenance, process control loop, readout calibrations, and fabrication of various manifolds and systems.
• Perform Preventative Maintenance tasks and document them in the CMMS system.
• Remove and install motors and compressors.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Able to climb and work on heights (165 ft)
• Comfortable working in a non-air-conditioned environment
• Experienced with Multi Meters (Fluke Multi Meters)

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong Mechanical background in a plant environment
• Experience with Electrical/Instrumentation equipment in a plant environment
• Experience working with PLC systems
