Work Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an industrial setting
Duties/Responsibilities
- Deburr parts
- Follow all safety rules and practices
- Inventory control of plate stock
- May be involved in safety committees or initiatives
- Operate CNC Plasma equipment
- Perform housekeeping and maintain all required records
- Read and interpret drawings and DXF burn files
- Use basic measuring devices, such as tape measure, and has working knowledge of shop math
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Ability to proficiently operate CNC Plasma equipment
- Ability to use and troubleshoot hand tools, including measuring tape
- Basic knowledge of reading blueprints and shop work orders to determine machine setup
- Capable of setting up and operating conventional metalworking equipment
