Job Profile

The company is recruiting a Plumber Foreman to join its team.

Education Level

• High School Diploma or GED (required)

Work Experience

• 5 years of commercial plumbing experience directing the installation, repair, and equipment use of a related system
• Florida State Journeyman license (preferred but not required)

Duties/Responsibilities

• Maximize job cost to meet or beat project overall estimates
• Monitor labor status and productivity
• Complete prompt job documentation such as incidents, timesheets, daily reports, purchase orders, toolbox talks, time and material sheets, change order forms, and other related projects.
• Ability to review project schedules and forecast labor requirements through job completion
• Ability to study schedules and estimate labor requirements for completion of jobs
• Comply with all safety guidelines and ensure compliance with all CES policies and procedures.
• Interpret job specifications, blueprints, and job orders, as needed for areas of supervision
• Must be able to manage crew’s production to ensure job schedule deadlines

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Ability to communicate effectively with all team members
• Knowledge of the proper use of safety equipment
• Must be able to climb and balance on ladders, stand/ or sit for long periods at a time, must not have a fear of heights, among others
• Must be able to pass regular drug testing, be open to background checks, and have a clean driving record
• Strong customer service skills
• Valid Florida driver’s license
