The company is searching for a Press Brake Operator to join its production team.

Educational Qualification

• Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED

Work Experience

• Possess 0 to 1 year of experience with CNC machinery

Duties/Responsibilities

• Communicate with team members and supervisor to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high-quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials.
• Maintain excellent work attendance.
• Maintains a high level of productivity and produces quality parts.
• Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops.
• Performs daily preventative maintenance tasks to maintain equipment.
• Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as bending, punching, laser, etc.
• Reading blueprints, work orders, or production schedules to determine specifications, such as quantity, dimensions, and or tolerances.
• Record all machine actions.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Problem-solving/Analysis
• Be able to understand basic directions in English (required)
• Good math skills are a must
• Having a team-orientated state of mind
• Mechanical aptitude
• Pre-employment drug screen and background checks are required

Physical Demands

• May be required to stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Moderately loud noise levels in a plant environment.
• Must be able to stand, walk and lift for up to 8 hours daily.
• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
• Required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs. continually.
• Vision abilities require close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth
