The company is seeking a Press Team Leader to join its team.
Education Level
- High School Diploma or GED
- Post-Secondary Education (preferred) or related experience
Work Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing, stamping environment
- Leadership and supervisory experience
- Weld training
Duties/Responsibilities
- Lead, direct, and support Press Team Members safely and efficiently
- Coordinate and communicate with other departments, following safe work methods, and adhering to the principles of our Employees’ Charter and plant standards.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Ability to promote healthy employee relations in the workplace
- Knowledge of OSHA and DOL compliance guidelines
Work Environment
- Exposed to loud machinery noise
- Manages shift work and tight deadlines
- Stands and walks for long hours
- Wears safety gear daily
- Works in a fast-paced production area
