The company is searching for a Process Technician to join its team.

Education Level

• Degree in engineering or related field and 1-3 years of experience or 3-5 years of experience or a combination of education and experience

Work Experience

• Possess work-related experience

Duties/Responsibilities

• Assist engineering with daily production issues and special projects or tasks.
• Assist in training team members, team leaders, and group leaders on process changes
• Assist operators in all set-ups and adjustments
• Assist with maintaining work instructions, procedures, and guidelines relating to equipment needs
• Create, modify, and document programs for production equipment
• Fault analysis with all HMIS of the production lines
• Optimize production processes and procedures
• Perform TPM on machines
• Responsible for Riveting Process (Process Control)
• Support high gloss line
• Troubleshoot production equipment
• Perform a variety of production line functions and serve as a backup operator.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Experience with KUKA robots (preferred)
• Experience with TIG welding aluminum (preferred)
• Knowledge of production, testing, and problem-solving
• Experience in automotive manufacturing (preferred)
