The company is seeking a Production Assembler to join its team.

Education Level

• High School Education or Equivalent

Work Experience

• 3 months of manufacturing setting, fast-paced environment, or construction experience

Duties/Responsibilities

• Ensure all products have proper identification
• Keep up with production demand to maintain minimum stock levels of products
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a manufacturing setting
• Maintains good housekeeping and organization throughout the department
• Performs general manual labor tasks, including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving product
• Reports equipment malfunction and other issues affecting the department
• Use of power tools and Bondo filler to work on touch-ups as needed
• Comply with all CHART policies and procedures
• Utilizes hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other handling equipment to move product to and from the assembly to the paint booth
• Work involves frequent lifting and working with fiberglass in a manufacturing setting
• Works with leads, coordinators, painters, and the sand and patch dept.
• Performs other tasks as assigned

• Manual Dexterity for operating machinery (required )

• Teamwork-oriented skills
• Understanding and reading of the Tape Measure

Work Environment

• Able to stand for long periods
• Able to work overtime as required
• Indoor working conditions
• Lifting of materials and products up to 50 pounds
• PPE must be worn at all times
• Walking, standing, use of hands, bending, lifting, sitting, etc.
