The company is looking for a Production Foreman to join its team.

- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
Duties/Responsibilities
- Adhere to lock-out/tag-out procedures when opening any piping or working on equipment, including electronics
- Always wear appropriate PPE (FRC, hard hat, steel-toe shoes/boots, safety glasses, and hearing protection) as appropriate
- Clean and maintain or remove erosion control devices as needed (silt logs, silt fences, matting, etc.)
- Collect concerns and issues from field personnel and filter to management as appropriate
- Communicate regularly with the client, providing updates and feedback
- Communicate with compressor companies to maintain relations
- Complete a JSA daily and for any new task
- Coordinate 3rd party work for special projects (blower installs, etc.)
- Drive appropriately for the conditions, and always wear a seat belt. Do not use phones in any way while operating a vehicle
- Ensure all fences and guards are in place and functional
- Ensure inspections are completed, conduct quality control content, and follow up on repairs as needed
- Gather issues and information from the field and deliver to the client
- Keep vehicles and equipment clean and organized
- Maintain in-field hands-on presence
- Manage the workover plans well
- Manage the scheduling of personnel
- Oversee daily operations of all field personnel
- Report environmental spills immediately and erosion as it is found
- Understand production forecasts and targets; communicate them with the client
- Wear gas detection monitors and check for gas before entering any hut or building
- Work with the Accounting Dept. to manage budget tracking and delivery to the client
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Ability to manage, lead, and train personnel
- Ability to perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment
- Ability to understand gauges, dials, or other indicators to ensure equipment is working properly
- Able to learn company-specific applications
- Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of co-workers, clients, and other external contacts
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, background test, and fit test
Work Environment
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must have a good driving record and a valid driver’s license
