The company is seeking a Production Supervisor who will support the Operations team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant.

• Possess work-related experience (a plus)

Duties/Responsibilities

• Analyzing and recommending measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and the quality of product
• Being responsible for recognizing and reporting people safety, food safety, or quality issues
• Problem-solving and enforcing all company policies and procedures
• Training and motivating employees to meet quality standards, production goals, and customer satisfaction

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
• Experience leading in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus
• Strong computer skills including knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office
• The ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
