Job Profile

The company is looking for a Production Supervisor who will be responsible for directing the activities of production employees safely and efficiently to produce quality products within specified timeframes

Supervises the performance of assigned personnel.

Education Level

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

Work Experience

• 2 years of experience in an industrial setting (preferred)

Duties/Responsibilities

• Assign work to production staff.
• Maintain communication with other departments.
• Maintain records on absenteeism and turnover.
• Monitor daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Plan work schedules to meet production requirements.
• Resolve problems as they arise.
• Other duties as assigned by the manager.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Ability to communicate effectively in English via verbal and written communications.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Valid driver’s license (required)

Work Environment

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Available for overtime, weekend work, and emergency call-outs.
• Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers.
• Moderate physical effort required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
