The company is hiring a Production Supervisor to join its team

Education Level

High School Diploma or equivalent

Work Experience

Experience in all aspects of the manufacturing process
A forklift license (preferred but not required)
Previous supervisor or management in a manufacturing environment (preferred)

Duties/Responsibilities

Attain production or shipping goals as specified by the Plant Manager
Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines, and procedures
Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines, and procedures
Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines, and procedures
Ensure that all safety procedures are being followed
Hold departmental meetings as needed to discuss updates or changes in company policies, procedures, goals, etc.
Maintain accurate production, inventory, or shipping data
Maintain weekly employee attendance records
Motivate employees to give maximum effort in a professional manner
Supervise shift while planning, producing, or shipping fiberglass products as scheduled
Wear appropriate PPE
Other duties as assigned

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

Ability to adapt and be cross-trained to learn all job duties as required
Ability to learn technical repair and assembly guidelines and procedures
Ability to plan and work with computer-controlled equipment
Ability to read drawings, instructions, or perform repair and assembly operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Understand complex manufacturing, shipping specifications
