Job Profile
The company is hiring a Project Manager who will oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, including initial design, detailed planning, construction, and final deployment.
Ensure seamless coordination and integration of all project phases to meet strategic objectives and timelines.
Mentor and guide the project team, foster a collaborative and high-performance culture while providing technical and managerial expertise to deliver exceptional results, ensuring high-quality standards, cost-efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Education Level
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
Work Experience
- 3-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the telecommunications industry
Duties/Responsibilities
- Assist in the risk management process, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigation
- Champion Ledcor’s safety culture and ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards
- Collaborate with project teams to achieve project objectives on time and within budget
- Delegate project control processes and oversee construction costs and budgets
- Lead the development and implementation of Project Safety and Security Plans (PSSP)
- Lead the development of comprehensive project estimates
- Lead the selection, procurement, and negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial performance
- Oversee incident investigations and implement corrective actions
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Ability to develop innovative solutions to challenges
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal team members
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications, and current construction practices and methodology
- Experience in motivating, coaching, and mentoring team members
- Proven ability to negotiate and manage contracts effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Work Environment
- A company vehicle will be provided for all required travel
- Required to travel throughout the state of Arizona
- The ability to work from home or a Ledcor office
