The company is hiring a Project Manager (Architectural Metalwork) who will work on high-profile projects behind the scenes at theme parks and other known venues.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing projects from conception to completion.
- Apply experience in commercial and industrial architecture, custom home building, or custom tradeshow fabrication along with construction documents, field observation, building materials, specifications, and construction techniques.
- Coordinating with colleagues (GM, Field Superintendent, APMs, and Admin Staff) as required.
- Be responsible for communication and coordination with assigned clients.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Attends meetings with clients and promotes positive client contact with current and prospective clients.
- Be willing and able to work extended and off-hours
- Communicate efficiently and effectively
- Communicates and coordinates project requirements with the project team, vendors, and consultants.
- Has excellent technical knowledge and management skills to plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of projects.
- Monitors and tracks project progress, invoicing, and budget, and is responsible for overall project performance and profitability.
- Organizes and directs internal production team(s) to execute the work in an orderly, timely, and coordinated manner.
- Oversees, reviews, and assists in the design and production of instruments of service to deliver our work to clients.
- Participates in the development of quality control procedures to accurately complete technical documents. Recommends updated procedures and methods where appropriate.
- Pass a background and driving record check
- Performs or provides support for any tasks required for the successful completion of the project.
- Possess good computer skills (Microsoft Suite)
- Responsible for the development and coordination of the drawings and specifications including contract compliance, schedule commitments, and product research and material take-offs.
