Job Profile
The company is hiring a Quality Control Inspector who will coordinate dimensional inspection of small machined plastic and metal components for the QC department.
Use GDT knowledge to interrupt blueprints.
Coordinates FAI activities to ensure proper procedures are followed.
Education Level

Work Experience
- Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control
- Experience in manufacturing and inspection
Duties/Responsibilities
- Ability to follow written instructions and complete relative inspection paperwork
- Analyze non-conforming parts to identify root causes of problem resolution
- Close tolerance dimensional Inspection of small machined plastic & metal components
- Coordinate and assign inspection duties (FA, In-Process, and Final) to department personnel
- Corrective Actions – assign, investigate, and respond to opportunities for improvement
- Documentation – Complete both internal and customer-related documentation as required
- Implement and manage calibration activities through formal programs
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
- Ability to read and interpret print drawings in addition to customer expectations
- Knowledge of ISO 9001/AS9100 Quality Management Systems
- Proficiency in conducting internal audits
- Proficiency with inspection tools including CMM and Optical comparator
