The company is recruiting a Quality Engineer (Associate/Mid-Level) to join its team.

Education Level

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry from an accredited course of study

Work Experience

• 1+ years of experience with data analysis or data mining
• 1+ years of experience with Root Cause Corrective Analysis (RCCA) and corrective analysis
• Experience applying audit standards, procedures, and techniques.
• Experience working with AS9100 or similar QMS standards.

Preferred Qualifications

Level 3-

• 3 or more years of related work experience or a combination of education and experience
• 1+ year of experience using Data Software systems, Minitab, Excel, Tableau, SQL, etc.
• 2+ years of experience in Project Management or engineering project planning.
• Experience with SPC and Statistical Data
• Experience with special processes, metallurgical, and aircraft tube and duct welding process

Duties/Responsibilities

• Analyzes capability assessments to support supplier selection activities.
• Analyze non-conformance trends to evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Compiles performance reports and other statistical data to ensure specified process capability levels are achieved.
• Develops sections of quality metrics, design, and production certification plans to ensure compliance with contractual, Company, and regulatory requirements.
• Participates in various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs.
• Performs data analysis to ensure manufacturing and test readiness.
• Provides material review dispositions for non-conformances.
• Researches contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements for applicability to specific proposals and program processes and documentation.
• Works under general supervision.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Experience developing and utilizing detailed work instructions, reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or specifications.
