Job Profile

The company is hiring a Quality Manager who will plan and coordinate the quality program and NDE activities to ensure conformance to requirements, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement for products manufactured.

Educational Qualification

• Applicants should have completed a 4-year Degree from a college/university

Work Experience

• Possess 5+ years of quality management experience

Duties/Responsibilities

• Appraise employee performance and make recommendations for change of status or salary adjustment.
• Assist customers and inspectors during scheduled visits
• Conducts and coordinates internal audits and training to ensure the plant maintains its compliance with ISO 9001/13485 standards.
• Develop and implement methods to eliminate lost time, scrap, and reportable accidents
• Directs workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials, facilities, processes, and products.
• Establish effective processes and procedures to achieve site goals for efficiency, training, and cost control
• Plans, promotes and organizes training activities related to product quality and reliability.
• Promotes the effectiveness and timeliness of the corrective action system.
• Review defect data and make suggestions to reduce defects to management
• Source equipment and create processes, SOPs, and training on new equipment
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Knowledge of ASME Section VIII, Div. 1, and Section IX

Work Environment

• Frequent sitting and walking and occasional standing, stooping, bending, twisting
• Repetitive hand movements
• Work in an office and industrial manufacturing environment with possible exposure to temperature extremes, overhead objects, a material with rough edges odors associated with cutting and welding
