The company is looking for a Quality Technician/Weld Destruct to join its team.
Education Level
- High School Diploma or GED
Work Experience
- Experience with GMAW and RSW applications
- Experience using standard measurement, inspection, and testing equipment in the inspection of sheet metal parts and assemblies
- Relevant manufacturing and automotive experience (preferred)
License/Certification
- Must receive and maintain Level I NDT certification in UT

- Above-average computer skills.
- Demonstrate an understanding of how job performance affects product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of quality/welding/manufacturing principles
- Manage and schedule multiple priorities while meeting deadlines with minimal direct supervision.
- Mechanical aptitude, critical/rational thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Tools Used
- Pneumatic, hydraulic, electric power, and hand tools, gauges, and software as required.
Work Environment
- Exposure to noise and machinery
- Factory or lab environment
- Handling sharp or heavy metal parts
- Requires safety gear and precision
- Standing and repetitive tasks daily
